Ami, who has over ten years of public accounting experience, is a senior audit manager in the Irvine office. In addition to attest services, Ami has also performed consulting services for her clients in areas such as budgeting, purchase accounting, IRS audits, GAAP accounting, and internal control assessment and implementation in conjunction with SOX 404 requirements.      

Prior to joining the firm, Ami served as the accounting manager for a private investment company.  There she gained invaluable experience in running all aspects of the accounting department and reporting directly to the owners. With a desire to become a Certified Public Accountant and see the other side of accounting, Ami joined the firm in 1997 and has been instrumental in providing a continuity of service for many of our attest clients.  She quickly advanced from a staff accountant to manager and has been a California Certified Public Accountant since 1999.  

Ami holds a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance from California State University - Fullerton, graduating with honors in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science.  While attending college, Ami worked full-time as an accountant for several companies in private industry, providing a spectrum of accounting and financial services for small, midsize and large companies.  She brings to the table a strong technical background in accounting and auditing, with the practical insight obtained in industry.  Her experience allows her to analyze financial information and provide practical solutions to business challenges.  Her specialties include serving clients with attest and consulting needs in various distribution, manufacturing, and service industries.
