Ann, who has over 6 years experience in public accounting, is a tax manager in the Irvine office of Kieckhafer, Schiffer & Company LLP (KS&Co).  Her experiences range from tax return compliance to preparation of research memoranda, assistance in IRS protests and examination representation, and transactional planning for high net worth individuals, C and S corporations, partnerships, trusts and estates. 

Prior to joining KS&Co in July of 2005, Ann worked for local small and medium sized CPA firms whose clients consisted of closely held service and wholesale businesses in the technology, insurance, medical, real estate, employment, consulting and construction industries. 

Ann graduated from the California State University, Fullerton in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Management Information Systems, received her CPA certificate in 2003, and earned her Master degree in Business Taxation from University of Southern California in 2005. 

Ann is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Ann grew up in Taipei, Taiwan and came to the United States at age 16.  She has resided in Orange County ever since.  Currently, she spends time away from the office at her home in Irvine with her husband, Tom, and younger brother, Eric.
