Brandy joined Kieckhafer, Schiffer & Company in 2006 as Operations Manager with a focus on building the firm’s administrative and operational functions. Since that time, she has also assumed responsibility for human resources, while growing the operations team to support the firm’s expanding activities.

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Brandy moved to Southern California in 2000 to join MCI Worldcom’s Global Sales division as a Global Business Analyst. From there, she went on to hold several operations- specific positions at New Horizons Computer Learning Center and RSM EquiCo, a subsidiary of H&R Block. These positions have provided Brandy with invaluable experience in navigating and resolving the operational challenges of a professional services firm.

Brandy graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. She went on to obtain a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Chapman University College in 2009. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and is currently working toward her SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification.

Brandy lives in Ladera Ranch, California with her husband Ryan, son Jameson, their Yorkshire Terrier Bruiser, and two very spoiled cats.
