Bob, who has over 28 years of experience in helping businesses and individuals manage their potential, is a partner in the Irvine, California office of Kieckhafer, Schiffer & Company, LLP (KS&Co).

Bob joined Arthur Andersen in 1975 as an intern and started full time in the Los Angeles office during 1976. Bob became a Certified Public Accountant in 1979 and a partner with Andersen in 1986. Bob retired from Anderson in 2001 but continued to consult. In 2003, he became affiliated with Kieckhafer, Schiffer & Company as a principal and in 2004 became a partner in the firm.

During his career, he specialized in corporate and individual tax for both multinational and closely held businesses. He has extensive experience in business consulting, compensation, employee benefits, and tax planning.  Bob spent over 20 years traveling worldwide for clients and developed in-depth experience in international business and taxation. 

Bob attended California State University, Northridge, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 1976. He is a member of the AICPA and California Society of CPA’s.

Bob resides in Laguna Niguel with his wife Michelle and their children, Bret and Jena. Bob and Michelle are very active in the community and spend considerable time volunteering. Any spare time is spent on their boat, "Sidetrack", which is docked in the Dana Point Marina.
