Susan has over 20 years in public accounting. After working with a number of firms and rising to the manager level, she launched her own firm in 2000, became affiliated with Kieckhafer Schiffer & Company in 2004 and finally merged her practice into the firm in 2006.  Susan focuses on the taxation of individuals, trusts, estates and closely held businesses.

She provides both tax planning and compliance services to her clients. She also has experience in auditing.

Susan has also worked in private industry in a number of financial positions. She was the corporate controller of a computer sales and repair firm where she spent much of her time analyzing operations results and helping to grow the company from $500 thousand in sales to more than $4 million in sales.  Through the experience, she has " hands -on" knowledge of the issues facing her clients.
